Catering to demand and breaking the situation is imminent
In recent years, with the increasing market demand for temperature-sensitive materials such as biopharmaceuticals, air cold chain transportation, a more time-efficient and safer transportation method, has become mainstream.

Active aviation temperature-controlled containers are high-end temperature control solutions used on aircraft for air transport of temperature-sensitive materials such as biomedicine, APIs, and electronic components. Its temperature control effect is directly related to the quality, safety or efficacy of the materials carried. . The market has always had strict requirements on product performance. As a part of the medical and health industry chain, aviation temperature control is regarded as the international "life transportation line".

Faced with such severe challenges, scientific researchers have been crossing the river by feeling their way through the stones, checking information, doing research, and constantly experimenting to find new breakthroughs. After going through thousands of search materials, I finally devised a reasonable plan.

Challenges also come one after another. In the design of aviation temperature-controlled container products, two difficulties are particularly critical.

One is battery life. Taking the thermal insulation capacity of the box as an example, the scientific research team pointed to the root cause - thermal insulation sealing. After comparing multiple insulation materials and different sealing structure solutions, after repeated experiments and modified designs, they finally locked in a method that meets aviation safety requirements. , insulation materials that meet environmental protection requirements, and the insulation effect is significantly improved. Compared with similar foreign products, the battery life is extended by nearly 50%, making it convenient for users to use.

The second is temperature uniformity. In order to solve the control strategy of the refrigeration system, achieve precise and uniform control of the temperature inside the box, and achieve the purpose of meeting product performance requirements while saving energy consumption, the scientific research team went through a multi-section process that lasted 3 months in the laboratory. Through temperature test comparison, calculation and continuous improvement of the refrigeration system, repeated tests and comparisons were conducted to summarize an effective temperature control strategy, which not only reduced power consumption by 20%, but also significantly improved the accuracy of the optimized temperature control strategy.
