On the afternoon of June 11, 2026, Wuxi Aviation Ground Equipment Co., Ltd. invited professional first-aid instructors from Primedic to deliver a systematic and practical training session on AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and CPR for all office staff.
The training kicked off at 14:00 and lasted two hours until 16:00. Starting with real-life emergency cases, the instructor stressed the critical importance of the "golden four minutes" for rescuing patients suffering from sudden cardiac arrest. Afterwards, the instructor elaborated on the working principle, operation procedures and precautions of AED, and demonstrated standard CPR techniques as well as the complete process of using CPR together with an AED on site.
During the hands-on practice session, employees practiced in groups. They strictly standardized every step, including checking consciousness, calling for help, performing chest compressions and delivering defibrillation shocks with the AED. The instructor corrected each participant's movements one-on-one to make sure everyone mastered this life-saving skill for emergencies.
"I used to think AEDs were far removed from daily life, but after operating one myself today, I found it intelligent and user-friendly. Now I feel confident to offer help if an emergency happens," shared one employee after the training.
