At 12:44 PM on October 26th, a freighter, flight CA3133, carrying 51 tons of cargo, took off from Shanghai Pudong International Airport bound for Stockholm, marking the successful maiden flight of Air China Cargo's A330 freighter in Shanghai. Currently, this aircraft type mainly operates the "Shanghai-Stockholm-Milan" international cargo route, with a planned five flights per week, providing a more stable and efficient air corridor for cargo transportation between the two cities.
The Airbus A330 freighter, with its flexible cargo hold design and advanced navigation system, significantly improves the economy and airworthiness of long-haul transportation. The official deployment of this aircraft type in Shanghai not only further strengthens Air China Cargo's capacity layout in Shanghai but also helps optimize the company's European route network structure, increase the frequency of European flights, and improve the overall operational efficiency of the Asia-Europe air logistics channel, injecting new momentum into the company's international development.
